Connect ssl certificate to the site?
Explain how this happens? I transfer websites from one hosting to another. Along with ssl certificates. On the first host I'm transferring from, everything works fine with regard to certificates. Next, I go to the second host, register the domain, (overwrite ns with the registrar), attach the ssl certificate to it, take the certificate settings from the first hosting. But it says to me that I still need a dedicated ip for the certificate. And if it is not available for each certificate, you need to buy a dedicated Ip. I don’t understand, everything works fine on the first hosting, on the second one they require a dedicated ip. TPs simply say that you need to buy dedicated Ip for each certificate, then before that everything worked without a dedicated ip on another host for them an empty phrase. I don't understand how this happens?

No, not needed. Either oaks are sitting in the TP, or (more likely) - they are trying to breed you for extra money. Tell them that not being able to SNI in 2019 is, to put it mildly, weird.
Do you have a white or gray IP on the new server? If the server has a gray address and the provider proxies you through itself, then the certificate must be on its proxy. He accordingly does not want it, and therefore says that you need a dedicated white address.
A dedicated IP address for installing an SSL certificate is needed only if SNI is not available. Most modern hosts support SNI. Apparently your new hosting does not support SNI.
There are two ways out - either to buy additional dedicated IP, or to change the hosting.
