Traffic of 2000-3000 views from one IP?

Good evening. Today I ran into a problem that in the morning a person or a robot began to visit my site and make 8 views every minute, and so on for the whole day. I can't ban him (He comes from different IPs). I'll attach a screenshot to the thread. So here's the question. As soon as I saw this, I removed the Adsense ad from the page where the traffic goes. Can I put it back in place and will I not be banned in Adsense. Yes, these views are registered only by the Google Analytics statistics service. Another counter does not even see these views .... See the screen and advise what can be done.

As you can see on the screenshot, he will get me all day today. I can’t ban him on my own. from different IP is encrypted. Thanks in advance to the EXPERTS.... Maybe someone had this.... The hoster told me that these are my problems (As usual), he advised me to turn to professionals. What am I actually doing now .... Sincerely, Stanislav ....

@madmages

wow, I just read it.
A bit of logic:
If you think that this is the same person, then they have something in common.
If you say that it is IP-based, then you probably thought so because it has the same session (hence cookies). Zaban on session =\. If this does not help, then we can assume that you are mistaken and these are different people, or just some people are winding up advertising for you.
