Some new kind of spam . I had the same. It looks like someone puts a counter with someone else's number, it's not clear why.
Technical support of "Metrika" advised me to set the filter "Leave traffic → Only from the domain and subdomains", which I did. At the same time, it is worth turning on the filtering of robots by behavior - it greatly increased the adequacy of visits for me, otherwise there was something insane before. There don't seem to be any false positives.
In general, such questions should be asked to Metrica technical support. There will be many questions of the same type - they will add a new item to the help.

I use ZLOG analytics - the situation is the same. Turned on behavioral filters: indicators returned to normal. It also shows that IPs have entries in the spam list.

View from which IP the traffic is coming from and write this code in .htaccess:
