Traffic data for your service?
I am doing a commercial service, the project actively uses routing (building routes), on the basis of which data on the length and duration of the trip are built. And if everything is fine with the length of the route, then there are problems with the duration in Moscow. This component of the route is highly dependent on traffic congestion and traffic jams. Calculations take place on the server, no cards are shown to the user. Commercial service. With this scheme, I cannot tear data from Yandex or Google, as by doing so I will violate the terms of use.
Is it possible to get data about traffic jams from somewhere (Moscow and Peter would be absolutely wonderful) without violating the user agreement?
If not, is it possible to find historical data on traffic congestion for the past periods of time in order to analyze and calculate correction factors. Is such information available?
