Map (Yandex/Google) in a new window with a label?

The customer wanted the following - by clicking on the link with the address in a new window, a Yandex map opens with a label at this address. I also have coordinates at my disposal, but so far I have not found a solution at all how to implement all this.
I do not want to believe that this is impossible :)
Tell me if there is at least some option with Yandex or Google map.

At longitude 50.820232 and latitude 8.108625:

So far I understood only how with the address, it didn’t work out without it.
With longitude 50.820232 and latitude 8.108625, as well as the address St. Petersburg, st. Sadovaya 101:
