Traffic between servers - moving. How to be?

Hi all.
The situation is this: I am moving from one VDS to another due to the fact that the traffic on the first one is paid, and there is not enough capacity. The server has over 5TB of files. The reason lies in the traffic: if I transfer the usual wget download directly, a bill will come for a tidy sum. Any options? Thank you.

If the first VDS is in some large DC (hetzner, ovx), then they have a local network and you can beg from 1 provider for a local IP and merge it into a VDS purchased directly from this DC.

There is hardly a universal answer. Maybe traffic between servers of the same provider is not considered (as in Amazon)? Then rent a server with unlimited traffic for a short time and overtake it through it. Although it's likely that this option has already been considered...
