Please tell me if there is any tool so that after changes in the site design, you can press one button, a screenshot of the site page will be created, then you enter the text and select the changed element, and then all this is saved to the list of changes (preferably sorted by time)? It should be a team work tool because several people work on the site and marketers need to track metrics depending on changes on the site (like the impact of color changes, size, button position, etc. on metrics).
