Where can I find information on standard animations?

I developed several successful designs for ios applications, now I decided to master After Effects in order to show the client animations of the future application ... The problem is that I don’t know what standard (or generally accepted) transition animations between screens exist in ios. Those. slide, push, pop, flip is understandable, but is there any advice on when to use them? Here is an example: it has a segmented control, when switching between tabs, what animation changes screens? Simple slide? Maybe push?

Recommendations, in fact, should be described by the official iOS guide. But I remember it as a rather sparse source of information, in which there are only general instructions and tips, and not detailed and chewed to pixels instructions, as, for example, in Material Design.
