Track down cause of bugcheck on Win7 hibernation?

Hello!
Quite often (every other time) after "putting to sleep" a PC, it wakes up rebooted. At the same time, in the Event Viewer, I see a bugcheck at the time when I put it to sleep. I would like to understand what is causing the bugcheck and fix it.
PS The mouse, keyboard, network card are disabled from the devices that can wake up the PC.
Thanks in advance!

Probably bad blocks, on the hard drive in the place where the hibernate file is located. Try turning off hibernation, deleting the file, checking the disk for errors, defragmenting, and then turning it back on.

On disk C hiberfil.sys. But first you need to disable hibernation.

So yes, test the health of the disk with the ssd-life utility
