Touch reader for technical literature
Greetings! Suggest a touch screen e-book reader for reading technical documentation in full size PDF with a screen size of at least 8". B&N Nook Touch and Amazon Kindle Touch readers are excellent, but the 6" screen is only suitable for reading mobi/epub/etc formats, full size PDF with pictures and graphs on it, as I understand it, you can’t read normally.

If I'm not mistaken, then most of the technical literature or documentation usually goes either in PDF or in djvu - it's normal to work with them (move around, look at graphs and diagrams, quickly change the scale to see something in more detail) on ordinary e-ink readers is difficult (poor performance, small screen size, very slow redrawing, etc.), therefore, as noted above
Recently entered the market ONYX BOOX M90. Screen 9.7", E-Ink Pearl.

What does 'full size PDF' mean? A PDF page can be of different sizes. I advise you to use programs for cropping empty fields in order to more rationally use the screen area of the reader.
9 inch Pocketbook. For example, this - www.pocketbook-int.com/ru/products/pocketbook-pro-912
sony-kindle-nook.ru/review-pocketbook-pro-903-for-developer/
sony-kindle-nook.ru/review-asus-eee-reader-dr900/
sony-kindle-nook.ru/review-amazon- kindle-dx/
I will tell you as the owner of the 3rd Kindle - the PDF is divided into 3 screens in landscape mode and when the page is not loaded with small pictures + normal font size, it is very comfortable to read.
If you would like to read books with drawings or a large number of diagrams / drawings, then I would advise looking for something 9 "...
