fb2 is not well suited for documentation, as diagrams and code are not scalable. For documentation, you need a 10-inch screen on which you can read pdf, laid out under A4.
If you find something in one file, or an archive of files, then there are online converters

As already mentioned above: FB2 is a text format for prose, with the ability to insert covers, heading pictures, etc. As well as customization of output fonts for any device.
The documentation has a rigid layout format, maybe. many parts are highlighted in different styles and are in a specific place determined by the author/editor.
Therefore, electronic documentation is delivered in already laid-out formats. more often than not, PDF is the standard.
For reading documentation, 10-12 "e-books are good, preferably with a three-color (white, black, red) EINK screen, but this is not a cheap pleasure.
And even then, on books, there are usually extremely truncated viewers that do not allow you to quickly jump through sections, bookmarks, leave notes, etc., which makes it difficult to work with documentation.
