How to change the font in a PDF document?

I want to increase the font in a PDF document on a computer (in Foxit Reader, but it is possible in another program) so that it is more convenient to read on an e-book. If you read without this operation by enlarging the screen in the e-book, then you have to constantly scroll the screen in all directions / constantly "run" around the screen with the joystick.
I have an Amazon Kindle 5.

You can try to do this in Adobe Acrobat, but you need to understand that in PDF the lines will not move in proportion to the font size, they will remain in place. Therefore, sometimes you have to limit yourself to assigning a bold style instead of the usual one or increasing it by only 1-2 points. It can also help to replace the font, but the result is also poorly predictable. In any case, the PDF is not meant to be edited later.
