Toshiba Sattellite C870-DJW: Can't enter BIOS and boot menu

I tried: Esc, F1, F2, F10, F12, Tab - the result is zero.

Also, a Toshibov program is installed there, in which you can choose the boot order of devices - also zero emotions, it is loaded only from hdd.

What to do?

Here are the bitches! Did you know that you CANNOT copy the text from Toshiba's instructions???
But I can't figure it all out! Freaks
p. 4-2
“You can set the function key mode by selecting '
Special Function Mode' or 'Standard Mode F1-F12'. Please
refer to the TOSHIBA System Settings utility section.”
page 5-11
"To launch the TOSHIBA System Settings utility, click Desktop -> Desktop Assist -> Tools & Utilities -> TOSHIBA Function Key."
page 5-15
“To change the boot device, follow the steps below
.
1. Boot the computer while holding down the F12 key. One second after turning on the computer
release the F12 key. 2. Use the up and down
arrow keys to select the desired boot device and press the ENTER key.”

Are you sure that from the moment you turn it on and on in the Windows laptop, the F1-F12 buttons work like F buttons, and not as volume controls, brightness controls, and other means of switching off communications? try pressing F2 and F11 with Fn pressed , or try switching the mode of these buttons with the Fn + Home combination - the last one is kind of painfully suspicious
And calling the boot menu can simply be disabled by default in the BIOS.
Also, try turning on the laptop from a cold start, and not rebooting - there was such a glitch in the BIOS on the ASUS desktop motherboard - it could not be accessed during a reboot - only when it was turned on (fixed in the next firmware).
And no one canceled the magic of "RTFM!!11" :)
