TOR proxy on local VPN network?
Tired of turning on Orbot every time on Android to access the TOR network. There was an idea to take a cheap VPS and set up an OpenVPN server on it. Run socks5 of the Torah on the same server, but so that it is available only to clients via VPN. How to organize all this? Will this bundle be considered as VPN - TOR?

Sounds too complicated. It would be easier to wrap all outgoing traffic from this VPN server through TOR and any client connected to the openvpn server would send traffic through TOR without additional settings.
