Adding routes for VPN client on Mikrotik?

Welcome all. There was a need to do something like this. I want to raise an OpenVPN server on Mikrotik (done). It is necessary that the traffic from the vpn go only to 4 addresses, and the rest to go through the network interface. The point is that when you connect to a vpn, the speed of the Internet drops very much. I want the speed to be normal, and use vpn purely for connecting to a couple of servers. I looked at microt and found it there in ppp/secrets/route, it seems to be what you need, but you can add only one route there. And I have servers in different grids.

Actually the decision. In general, if we connect to vpn through the GUI of the system, we get by default the default route of all traffic to the vpn interface. If we launch openvpn vpn.ovpn through the console, then we don’t get defaults and the picture I need is obtained. I did not pick the problem, I stopped at launching vpn through the console.

Same thing .... look here on the forum for a bunch of similar topics.
In short (one of the methods):
1.Create an Address list (in the Firewall section) Enter the IP of those who are nun through VPN there.
2. In the Mangle section (again in the FIREWALL section), mark the packets and say that they will have a different routing.
3.Dalee in the routing describe as you need.
PS To give a ready-made solution - there will be nothing left in my head, but I showed where to dig.
