OPENVPN NAT Client not connecting?

Good time of the day! First time trying to make friends with VPN on VPS.
I follow this instruction ( https://github.com/Angristan/OpenVPN-install), but without success.

Wed May 02 14:05:17 2018 read UDP: Unknown error (code=10054)
Wed May 02 14:05:46 2018 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
Wed May 02 14 :05:46 2018 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed

I would be very grateful for advice.
