OpenVPN on Mikrotik cuts the speed, through the software on the computer the same tunnel works fine, what should I do?

Through OpenVPN software gives out 50/50 Mbps through Mikrotik with the same settings, it barely gives out 10/1 Mbps
Maybe the hardware is weak? Or have I configured something wrong?
I made a separate bridge with a separate pool of IP addresses through which clients who need VPN sit
The NAT Firewall has a masquerade srcnat rule for the IP pool of the new VPN bridge
And Mangle markrouting prerouting for the new VPN bridge
Routes have a default route from the VPN
Everything works, but very slowly !

Strongly depends on the type of encryption. CBC loads the processor quite seriously.
