No access to blocked resources?

Good day. I puzzled myself with the question of open secure access to blocked sites.
Under the hood:
1) set up a VDS
2) set up an Openvpn access server
As a result, all sites identify me from Amsterdam, but the blocked sites remained inaccessible.

I will be very grateful for your help.

Issue resolved. The fact is that I entered the dns addresses in the server config and in the router config, but not taking into account that I still need to change /etc/network/interfaces

And try changing DNS to 8.8.8.8
