Tor(a) anonymity doesn't make sense?

Greetings! I want to use Tor, access from the provider is not blocked, however, the provider knows that I use Tor, they have such a fix on the machine.
Let's say the situation is that I posted a meme that my friend really doesn't like. Through search activities, a friend finds out that my ip does not belong to me, but passes through Tor. A friend goes to a provider, of which there are not many in the city, which provide cable Internet. The provider's employees, upon request, give out real ip addresses of all (of which there cannot be many in one city either) that access the network via Tor.
The search for me narrowed down to 2-3 people.
The anonymity that Tor guarantees - doesn't make sense in this scenario?

Raise the VPN so that Tor can go through it. Tor is vulnerable to "time attacks".

You can use ofbs bridges so the ISP doesn't know you're using tor.
When you start the Tor browser there are settings, there select this option.
