Is Tor Browser secure in its basic configuration for anonymity?

Will Tor provide guaranteed security in the basic configuration and can I be sure that they will not be able to detect me if necessary? Or if, for example, the FSB is needed, then they will calculate it if they wish, and even Tor will not help.

No. If the FSB/FBI/KGB/ITD is interested in you, Tor will not help. At least he is.

First, the Tor project (with SOCKS proxies) is much more than just a Tor browser. The Tor browser is just one of the private creations of the Tor project.
Secondly, they will now sing to you about the discredited Tor protocol ...
I would also like to listen with pleasure ...
Only it will be an empty "blah blah blah" without serious technical arguments.

No one will give any guarantees about its "safety".
