Tool\software for centralized installation of software on armies under Windows 10?

Good day!
There are 20 workstations running windows 10 with an oem key. On all you need to run an OS update, install the same programs and distribute different ip addresses.
I don’t really want to pull out the keys, make an image from one prepared workstation and then stuff it into everything changing the key.
I considered the option with WPI, but again, the option for a spot installation. There is no AD. Software in most cases .exe, msi just a couple of pieces.
I ask you to suggest / advise how to centrally roll software onto these workstations. What tools to use?

ntlite, load the original iso image, integrate updates, if necessary, the driver, turn off the unnecessary, turn on the necessary, configure unattended install
as a result, you get an iso image that will automatically install the system on machines, with updates and as quickly as possible

Why doesn't everyone like the WDS + MDT combination?! Of course, we have SCCM (MECM, but somehow not an ale abbreviation) - but sometimes it falls ... I deployed this bundle for 2016 ... It works! Almost like System Center! )))

I'm true for regular windows.
For similar purposes I use wapt (community version)

I would suggest PowerShell, but it's not clear how you have PS-Remoting configured on these machines
