Tomboy+UbuntuOne+Windows?

Is there a Windows client that works with Tomboy notes synced with Ubuntu One?
PS: I know about the existence of one.ubuntu.com/notes/, but I'm interested in a client that can work with notes and offline.

and what does not suit tomboy itself, it works fine under windows, and it is normally synchronized with ubuntuone
