Why is the grunt command not responding?

Good afternoon.
I'm trying to run the 'grunt' command. Nothing happens - nothing at all. Installed globally according to the documentation.
Version npm - 1.3.10, made a preliminary update. What
could be the problem?
, added Gruntfile.js and prescribed the configuration - the result is the same.
