Is it better to have angular.js cli 4 & node.js on the same port or different ones?

I now want to understand how it is necessary and correctly to make a bunch of angular.js cli 4 & node.js.
I saw both options on one port, and on different ones. How they turned out on different ones, I don’t know the truth)
