To enter into the domain office or not to enter?

There is a company that employs about 70 people. Plus a bunch of remote branches of 5-10 people.
The network at the main office is a trite working group.
The server room has an Active Directory and a bunch of servers that are all entered into the domain. (1C, SQL, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Simply put, all of the above is in the domain. The users themselves are not.
The previous system administrator had just started integrating AD and only had time to corny server into it, after which he left.
I stand before a choice... To enter computers in AD or not to Enter?
If you enter. It is necessary to expel everyone from the PC for half a day. Transfer his mail, his settings, bookmarks, notes and more. programs for each department. And then debug user rights, configure for each GP department.
If not introduced, then the company will probably grow. And in the future I'm already afraid there will be problems with access to the terminal server.
The network is working well now. Each user is responsible for his own workplace and each has full rights over his working machine. There are no hemorrhoids with playful hands of users. Protects users from malware corporate antivirus, which they cannot turn off on their own. Through it, I cut off access anywhere. On the one hand, I don't see the point of using AD at all... On the other hand, centralization.

My opinion - enter. There will be an opportunity to save yourself in the future from many routine problems (gpo, updates, deployment, and so on). If everything is carefully done and maintained, then the decision about AD will be better than working in workgroups

Of course enter. Once everything is rebuilt normally, and it will be possible to manage the infrastructure, introduce new services, and it will be much easier to maintain. The main thing is to first study the theory and do everything humanly.
