TM registrar in Ukraine (council)?

Please advise a good TM registrar for a domain in Ukraine. I wish the markup wasn't too high. Perhaps someone registered recently?
And then an independent review of the registrars on the sites left a negative impression based on their sites.
Guys, if someone is confused by the question in terms of advertising, do not downvote, just say. I'll remove the question.

@Mendel

armid , I recommend contacting Zegaldis .
I would not contact nic.ua, they have a stinky reputation. If you consider TM purely for the domain, i.e. this is a key, it is doubly dangerous.
As for TM for a domain for one and a half to two years, then forget it right away. Either you want a too lousy domain, and no one will covet it, or while your TM is “ripening”, someone else will quickly make a TM _in_another_class_ (specially pay attention because some do not understand what it is about), and take the domain. And TM yes, you will get later :)
Well, if you are looking for a patent attorney, then take one who has a good reputation in domainer circles. For either a person does not understand the specifics of domains, and may not tell you how to correctly fill out an application for a TM with a keyword, which can be killed by an examination ... or if he understands domain nuances, but is not particularly known, he can easily make a move as described above - throw on domain.
Once again, on the account of accelerated registration - if you want to take a TM under a certain name that no one except you will need, then yes, you can wait two years (two and not one and a half, because one and a half are _official_ terms, and officials like to drag out a lot, so that an adequate attorney calls the terms with a margin). But then it's not a TM for a domain, but a TM for a project that, by chance, is connected with the Internet. If it is a cool domain that others might be interested in, then there is a very high risk that you will be intercepted. There are lists of applications submitted, these lists are both official and unofficial, and those who earn money from this have such lists. So be sure that you want such a domain for yourself, several dozen people will know. And someone with a high degree of probability will take it for themselves.
And another piece of advice - if you take it for a real project, then I would not be greedy, but made two TMs. One "combat" one, under the domain, with all the nuances to be effective. The second beautiful one, fired for two years, in its class, with all the frills ...
