Timings of CL9 and CL11 at 1600, any difference?

I now have Corsair CMP8GX3M2A1600C9 RAM installed - 4 modules of 4 GB. As I understand it, it's just that 1333 are overclocked by corsairs to 1600.
16 GB is not enough for me, I spin a lot of virtual machines inside the PC. There are 4 more Kingston KVR16N11/8 modules. How much Google scrolled through, and did not understand exactly the difference in speed between the CL9 1600 and CL11 1600, i.e. either it is not noticeable, or no one really bothered: there is money taken with less timing, no money with more, and that's it. I rarely play, but I play, I actually care about the performance in games and the overall performance of the system, or I won’t see the difference and don’t bother to plug in 32 GB?
The general config is: i7 3820 (socket 2011), asus rampage IV formula, GTX Titan 6GB, PSU 1000W. Thank you.

speed difference between CL9 1600 and CL11 1600

at the same frequency, of course, CL9 is better, lower timings 9-9-9-24 can run it. But if you see the difference by eye or not, then most likely not.
put them once there are all the more so. What is there to think about?
It can be run like CL9. You will expose in Bios 9-9-9-24 (1T) and frequency 1600 (1.5V) is 100% infa.
Or you can run it on 2133 (1.61V) with the following timings: 11-12-12-32-(1T/2T) - and this is already highly individual, but in most cases it will fail.
