Time tracking?

Good afternoon.
I need a program (under windows) to track the time of various applications on the computer.
In other words, the program starts and starts keeping statistics. For example, I spent an hour in the browser, then an hour in notepad, then another hour in the browser. I open a wonderful program and see that over the past three hours, I spent two on a browser, one on a notepad.
It would be extremely ideal to have statistics on the time spent on certain sites. Maybe there are plugins/widgets for this?
