How to transfer mstsc from win 8.1 to win 10?

The task is to transfer mstsc from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Is it possible? And how to do it? Replaced exe and dll does not work.

What about the meaning? the mstsc command on 10k works and so.
There is a remote desktop connection.
