Time tracker for the workshop (manufacturing of parts)?

I ask you to help me choose a time tracker to record the time of manufacturing parts and with ample opportunities for receiving reports.
To make a part, you need to perform a number of technological operations on different equipment (machines). Operations are performed by people (machine operators). If each of them fixes the time of his operation, then the sum of this time will be the time of manufacturing one part.
Fixing the time with a smartphone.
The start / end time of work and the number of manufactured parts are fixed.

If piece production is possible both with a smartphone and piece by piece, if production involves a large number of "details" per shift, then piece accounting is not the best solution.
If you set up piece-by-piece accounting of details, then you should look in the direction of not accounting for time as such, but in the direction of the "flow of the life of the stocking" - we mark the workpieces and then we break through the transformations at each stage.
We
get 1. quality control of the material for blanks
2. A complete history of production stages
But at the same time, you still have to sacrifice the time of workers to design the stages individually or be content with "batches", of course, batches will not give all the information about the production time of a "specific instance" but will save a lot of time .
In general: There is no ready-made version of what you want to see, all industries more often order the revision of an existing automated process control system or buy an automated process control system from a similar production.
APCS is a very individual thing.
