Ticket system for WP?

I ask you to advise the ticket system for WordPress.
I saw osTicket. There are many other recommendations on the Internet.
Who really uses what? You really need professional advice.

I'm not a professional, but I can't figure it out, if you need a ticket system, then it definitely won't be a news site or so, why would you use wordpress then?
On the WordPress ticket system itself, it can be organized in the following way:
1. A new post_type is created
2. The user creates a new post.
3. All communication takes place in the comments, between the admin and the user.
This is just a sketch, after which you will need to distribute rights (so that the user can only see their own posts), hide the ability to view the entire list of tickets for users at all, and so on. You don't need any plugins for this.

How are WordPress and the ticket system related?
We use OTRS (Yandex uses it too). No one has done anything better yet.
