I was appointed a project manager for work, and everything would be fine, but I have no experience in writing technical specifications in accordance with all the rules, according to GOST (and not just 5 sheets in a general form). And they demand it.
How to write TK according to all the rules for a large corporate portal? According to what GOST is it written? Is it possible to find examples of such TK somewhere? Thanks in advance!

So that it is clearly understandable to both the developers and the client.
Or 2 versions, shortened and extended. Or with applications for developers.
