Centralized site update on Bitrix?

At the moment, there are 20+ sites on Bitrix for technical support, almost all on the "Start" version.
Non-comfort arises when updates are released and you have to climb individually into each site and carry out updates. Or, for example, when you customize some component and upload it to each site... the problem is that all sites are on the same virtual hosting, and not on VPS/VDS.
Maybe someone faced a similar problem - how did you solve the issues of centralized updating of the platform / components?
