“Thrown” by Webmoney partners (Plati.Ru aka oplata.info). What to do?

I decided to make a gift to a friend, to buy 4200 X-BOX Live points (the internal currency of X-BOX).
Before that, I already bought in Yandex.Money - no problems, right in the wallet interface, in three clicks everything was bought perfectly. After the purchase, Yandex.Money redirects to its own page, stylized as a Microsoft X-BOX coupon, on which a pin code is generated. Convenient, fast, beautiful.
I decided to do the same in webmoney.ru. Expecting a similar level. In the same way, in the wallet interface, right from the main page , I click on “X-BOX live prepaid cards”, then in the same place, in the wallet interface, I click pay. And after the payment, I am redirected to some oplata.info (although the partner is declared as Plati.ru, the only official one), on which they show me a scancards. I enter it into the X-BOX, and it turns out to be already used.
I emphasize that I did not climb dubious sites, but made a purchase directly from the mini-keeper interface. In the same place where MTS prepaid cards, Tricolor-TV, and other Dr.Webs are sold.
I immediately wrote a review asking for a refund. The seller serves breakfast. What to do next? Help.

the seller has the funds in hold for at least a week. that is, he cannot display them with payment.
if you leave a negative, something like a dispute is automatically created and it will not bring them out until these frictions are resolved. that is, until you say that yes, I got everything. The main thing is not to succumb to the seller's requests like "change the review to a positive one, I'll give it to you." only after giving. If you do not give then the money will be returned through the administration.
