Now I would like to register a domain for my legal entity (LLC) in the Russian Federation.
Tell me, please, how can I do it better and more correctly from a formal point of view?

Transfer the domain for maintenance to a Russian registrar. There is a more or less standardized domain transfer procedure for this.
And at the Russian registrar - everything is already simple.
