Through which slider to implement the section?

Through which slider can implement the plan? I can’t imagine how to arrange elements in owl.carousel or in slick-slider so that they are on the screen at the same time and when changing slides, the central picture changes + the description is colored.

In the same slick slider you mentioned, there is a center mode parameter. The center element is given the slick-center class and work with it. For example, in css, set to show an image only for this class.
