Threw a web studio, an agency contract?

Hello, the situation is as follows.
An agency agreement was signed with a certain web studio for the provision of client search services, but in fact it is fake and is necessary for the web studio (LLC) to be able to transfer money to me from the current account for the work done on the development of the site.
Another project, the web studio contacted me at a time when the project with their customer was already overdue, and in order to promptly make changes to the site (rather not edits, but the development of a certain unfinished part of the project), the web studio contacted me .
Job is done. The client was silent for a long time. I increasingly demanded payment for my work from the web studio (the advance payment was 30%). At one fine moment, it turned out that the contract between the web studio and the customer was terminated, the prepayment paid by the customer by the web studio most likely was not returned.
The web studio refuses to pay for the work done, saying that the contract with the customer has been terminated, and also offers to return the prepayment paid to me.
The contract was terminated not for my reason, since I didn’t even receive corrections.
The fact that the work was performed was not recorded in the agency contract, because it is fictitious. There is only personal correspondence with the web studio.
What can be done in such a situation?
The goal is not even to get money (although it would not be bad), but to teach the web studio a lesson in the most legal way ..

What can be done in such a situation?

Take into account, do not allow this in the future. Drink beer, fry meat, watch the sunset, raise your hand, wave and say "yes, well ... with him."

Leave the backdoor. I do like this. To some unfit peppers who did not pay the second half, they closed half of the site with a black diva with the inscription "This half of the site has not yet been paid." It was not enough to remove the mind. They brought money home.

Sign up for the next order, take an advance payment and get lost right away.

Dialog. Normal human dialogue.
If they don’t want to go for it, then you can collect everything that you have - correspondence, chats, contract, source code, TK - and go to court. The court takes into account far more than just contracts. But before that, you can write a pre-trial claim and show the seriousness of your intentions. Often this is enough.
And, by the way, the arbitration court is not a criminal court. No need to think that everyone doesn’t care there - in fact, everything works pretty well there.

hack the customer's site and the web studio's site. Cause damage to both, and let them deal with each other)))) Well, at least the customer with the web studio. Unless of course the game is worth the candle and the amount is large.
Although of course, I do not urge anyone to hack. On the contrary, I join some participants - to gain experience and work only under a contract. So you will also have guarantees from the web studio.

The customer and the studio will simultaneously say that they don’t know you, that you didn’t do anything, and in general you came up with everything, because you don’t have a contract. Yes, it is easier to work without a contract in some cases. But here in yours it would be useful.
Because from the point of view of Mr. Law, you did not do any work, so she does not owe you any money.
No, you can collect source codes, letters, everything that is relevant, go to court, state how it really happened - if you are not afraid of a counterclaim and / or have experience in courts / patience / acquaintances ... Litigation is a long time , tedious, troublesome and not free :)

Your question boils down to the following: I had a contract, I was "thrown" on it, what should I do with them? Is this a telepathy session? What is written in the contract? For what money should be transferred? How is the service provided?
