Thread stuck in device driver, broken video card?

PC - Intel i3 4130, Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 260X, PSU Cooler Master 450W,
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H81M-K, 931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100.
There was a need to insert an old screw (there were firewood from Nvidia on the screw).
After all the necessary actions, the screw was removed, and the video card completely refused to work.
During driver installation - blue screen, error code "Thread stuck in device driver" (Win 10 x64).
The drivers were tried from new to old, in the service (not under warranty) they shrugged their shoulders, they could not say anything. Before drivers are installed, Win identifies the card as "ATI Basic Video Adapter".
Question: If you can’t fix it, then I would like to know how you can identify the cause of this problem and what is required for this?

In the workshop, they could not test your video card on their computer for money and say whether it is alive ???
The Internet says that there can be many reasons , you have already tried a lot, start from the last 11 point "Step 11: Perform a clean installation of Windows"
