Good afternoon, what solution can be seen for those. support for SAAS service?
You need to solve 2 tasks -
1. Receive messages with the ability to integrate with VK, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram and mail
2. Assign a task to the second / third line and control the process of solving problems.
Perhaps this will not be 1 service, but several. Can you tell me which way to look?

Hey! Try checking out Zendesk or Usedesk. From my own experience: Zendesk can be integrated with everything from the list (except for whatsapp, but such a need simply did not arise in front of me) :-)
