They want to hire, but somehow strange. Your opinion?

A guy from India created two projects, one after the other, with almost the same names: "Project for me" and "Project for me - 2". Both are absolutely identical, for the same price ($35) and listing among the required skills a good half of what I entered in the profile (moreover, the combination of skills turned out to be somewhat strange - theoretically possible, but still suspicious). There are no details in the text of the projects. It only says that the person saw my profile and wants to hire me, the details can be discussed in the chat. Actually, everything.
He created a chat for both projects and entered there the same thing as in the text of the project. In both windows, the "Accept" button. People have no reviews, did not contribute money. I wrote to him in the chat that I need more information, and I am ready to discuss his project right now.
I have done only one project there so far (registered quite recently), the feedback was excellent.
In this regard, all sorts of thoughts come into my head - from conspiracy theories to more banal ones (the person wants to promote me for free on a project that will require a couple of months of work, because without any discussion he is ready to hire me right away, but since I, instead of being happy slam on "Accept", offered to provide details, then he went into complete unconsciousness). Or just a weird guy.
Who thinks about this? Has anyone had the same or similar odd recruiting attempts? And what is the best thing to do in such situations? I myself tend to not react in any way (just wait) until the person at least responds.

There are no details in the text of the projects. It only says that the person saw my profile and wants to hire me, the details can be discussed in the chat. Actually, everything.

This text is automatically inserted into the project body when an employer clicks on the Hire Me button in your profile. There is nothing strange in this.
The title is also automatically suggested. Look at the reviews of other freelancers and you will see Project for projects in their history. Just ignore the categories.
In general: do not accept the project until you receive the necessary clarifications. The fact that he immediately disappeared does not necessarily indicate a divorce. I have had cases of successful cooperation, when my bids for projects were successfully accepted a month after the project was closed, or the discussion went very slowly for a couple of weeks.
