There is no money, but there is an idea how to attract them. Maybe I'm missing something?

The company I work for has implemented a project for the urgent rental of content, in particular, books. The project was launched in January and is now operational. For a number of reasons, the project does not pay for itself and is used by the Company as a technology demonstration. But that's not the point. The main thing is that I understood how and what can be done better, I realized that for the implementation of micropayments - one of the main difficulties of the project - cryptocurrency is best suited. The main idea of the project is that the author himself determines the rental price of his content (book, article, video) and receives 80 - 85% of each rental transaction. In Russia, cryptocurrencies are not yet welcomed, therefore, within the framework of my Company, and indeed the Russian one, this cannot be implemented. And this topic is interesting to me, so now I'm trying to imagine how it could be done. To attract investments, I came up with the following approach: for its existence, the project takes 15-20% from the author from each transaction. So, I want to divide a part of this share, for example, 5% of the price, into 10,000 shares and sell them at a price of about $20. Naturally in cryptocurrency. Thus, in case of a successful start of the project, the shareholder will have a small share in each transaction. Indefinitely, as long as the project is alive. At the first stage, I want to order a site with authorization and the opportunity to purchase a share, order an explaining video and launch an advertising campaign. The main thing is that if in 6 months of the campaign 80% of the shares are not sold, I want to stop everything and return their money to everyone. As I understand it, it is only possible to return money to everyone with minimal losses in the world of cryptocurrencies. Идея стоит $0
Твоя идея похожа на пирамиду

First, about the idea:
Well, the cryptocurrency holders will spend it on things that do not require anonymity - reading content.
Yeah of course.
Save for something that really requires anonymity.
From the content - well, except that they will be ready to pay for child porn with cryptocurrency.
But you have to believe in the idea, otherwise it won't work.
Now about investments: They
Generally.
They do not give bare ideas at all.
Earlier, before the crisis, still with a creak, but they gave.
But even then it was much easier to get investments when it already starts to spin at least somehow (even without profit, without self-sufficiency).
Money is given for a specific command,
which can implement (and is already implementing by the time the investment is received) the idea.
The idea itself costs exactly 0.
It costs money - the implementation of the idea.
Until you have an implementation (even in the form of an MVP - a minimum product) - you cannot sell to an investor.
About shares - exactly the same.
As soon as you get something - the shareholders will be interested.
While you have nothing at all - you need to go around each shareholder, tell about your idea with burning eyes. And then, perhaps, he will give you his money.

There is no logic.
You are actually taking a loan for a share from people with the help of cryptocurrencies. Because in case of success, you pay a share of the profit, in case of failure, you return the money to everyone.
Then it is easier for you to take a loan from a bank. You will also return in case of failure, but you will not have to give a share in case of success.

I like the idea, but I'm not an economist. Can any of the commentators properly argue their negative position?
