There is access by IP, but not by computer name !?

Conventionally, two networks 192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.11.0/24 between them are Mikrotik. AD is not present. Mikrotik as a gateway, no DHCP, all IPs are static.
in general, everything works, but the problem is that the networks cannot communicate with each other by name. I tried to add a dns entry in Mikrotik with the name and ip of the desired computer. the result of the nslookup command improved, as if dns worked, but access by name did not appear.
