My OS is Ubuntu 16.04. Installed VirtualBox 6.1. It has Windows 10. There, the menu of some programs is displayed incorrectly, Spark Ar and Genymotion. Enabled option "PAE/NX" and "Nested VT-x/AMD-V".

Virtualbox has very poor support for graphics acceleration. If your program uses OpenGL or DirectX then there may be any bugs in the display.
Alternatively, try changing the type of display controller in the virtual machine display settings, and enable / disable the acceleration checkbox. Perhaps in one of the modes will work. Only changing the controller most likely means reinstalling virtual Windows.
