Startups

There are skills and a good idea for a startup. Where to begin?

The phrase "idea for a startup" probably causes only a smile for many, but nevertheless, the question is interesting. I am a programmer with little experience in more or less large companies and absolutely zero experience in startups. There was, in my opinion, a good and interesting idea for a startup that will be useful to people (including me). I wrote the prototype at the hackathon and people liked it, though later I revised the ideas. But where to start and where to look - I do not know. Is it necessary to create an individual entrepreneur, LLC, WHATEVER? Where and how to find a team? And is it needed at all if I am sure that I can master the project myself (at the initial stage)? Is it worth looking for investments right away, and if so, where and how? Are there any other subtle nuances? I would like to hear life examples from people who succeeded, and especially from people who failed,

But where to start and where to look - I do not know.

Start by developing an MVP and testing the hypothesis that your product is really sheathed by people. Without this, everything else is meaningless.

Is it necessary to create an individual entrepreneur, LLC, WHATEVER?

Necessarily, but until you start to drip money - you should not spend money on it.
As usual: acquaintances, acquaintances of acquaintances, forums, freelance exchanges, recruitment agencies, specialized sites, such as Spark or Zuckeberg will call.
Strange question - of course not.
If you can raise the project on your own to the stage - "money has gone and prospects are visible" - then investors are not needed. By that stage, they themselves will pester to give money.
Better to do without a partner.
Finding a partner who will work hard and not merge is much more difficult than an investor or a hired one.

Of course you don't until you're earning enough to get the IRS interested.
Freelancing.
A team - no, individual people for one-time work - will probably be needed, for example, what is your design?
The nuance of nuances is the minimum initial investment and minimal ambitions, there are no more nuances without specifics.
Naturally, it is desirable to have them, it should be obvious that the more you use ready-made, and the less on your shoulders, the easier the project, this is the "nuance of nuances".
It makes no sense, all people are different, you need to focus on your own realities, and not strangers.
