Now I use todoist, Google calendar. But I don't like it when it's all together.
What you want. I tried, for example, the getflow.com application. But the disadvantage is the following - you can not set deadlines for the project. And for me it is important.
I would like to lead goals and projects according to SMART So that you can set deadlines, write comments and look at performance. It would be great to be able to connect other members to the project.

But I personally like trello.com , although it may not be very convenient for your task.
