Gentlemen, tell me please. We are developing a service that has sellers and buyers. There is a mechanism reminiscent of escrow, like on aliexpress or odesk: the buyer deposits money into our account, waits for the delivery of the goods and then confirms the transaction, after which the money is transferred to the seller's account. In this case, a certain percentage may or may not be charged in our favor (in addition to the percentage charged by banks / payment services). Could you tell me, please, how such a service is legally formalized? Do I need to obtain any licenses, draw up documents on the storage of personal data, etc.? Is the procedure different if we don't charge any interest? In general, what form of organization of the enterprise is more acceptable for this (IP, OOO)? In the event of a conflict situation - what level of arbitration will be required - will it be enough to make a decision at the discretion of the technical support of the site, or is a legally justified decision needed (i.e., a lawyer will be required in the team)?
