Is there a project for gathering a team in a startup?
Hey!
Now I want to recruit a team in the resulting startup. I wonder if there is any project where you can find people or leave information about yourself?
For example, I need to find 3 programmers and a manager - can I literally collect them ?
I was unable to find such a project. Maybe someone knows?
Thank you.

And I'm still looking for a project that would be for me:
- assembled a team
- came up with an idea
- presented and received investments
- earned lam bucks
... the money would be divided.
Is this task any different from the task of recruiting?
If nothing, then as usual: dating, all sorts of hh.ru and other places to find employees.
I would not recommend job sites because many will prefer something stable and interesting career, with business trips there with social packages for the same money than another startup.
But if the ideological guys who sit in the office and work as freelancers are satisfied, then go to freelance.ru/ and similar resources and clearly formulate:
Guys, the startup has already been launched, there is a lot of interesting work and opportunities to turn around. If you are tired of sitting your pants in the office, then let's go to the team. Well, of course, with a caveat that you do not require full time and layoffs.
Each task has a number of solutions that cause certain consequences.
1) Is it possible to assemble a team yourself - Yes, you can, and if you want to develop the project - you need to.
The main question here is: do you have the money to hire a team or can you inspire people to raise them to follow you (for a percentage of future capitalization) - if you don’t have either one or the other, go work for your uncle - because you are not capable.
If you are technically minded, you need to hire people on the team and schedule them for what they can do and how they need to do it. Sit here, do this, finish by such and such a time, the result should be this - you can't do this - go work for your uncle.
If you are a manager in essence, then you will have to take a step of faith and hire a technical leader who will build a team around him. But your task is to control his work (more precisely, to prescribe what problem he should solve) - if you cannot find such a person - go work for your uncle.
How the issue is resolved in your situation - make a press release of your project and request people to the project on certain conditions. Speak right away to weed out students and "creators" later. You will have a fleeting Chance to find a person who will help you develop the project. If you cannot interest people or not a single professional will come to you, go work for your uncle.
As already mentioned above, if there is money, then it is enough to post a vacancy with a good salary on job sites. This may not be enough, then the services of recruiting firms will be required. But I advise you to look for freelance recruiters - they are usually cheaper, but they search longer and, as my colleagues from the HR department told me, they often give less quality people, but then how lucky.
Try also FriendWork.ru and their FriendWork FEST events . As far as I know, apart from them hackday.ru and cofounder.ru there is nothing more or less worthwhile.
According to the experience of my friends, startups should try to hack one of their former colleagues, their friends or seniors from their university on their own.
