There are processor capacities (xeon). In what profitable direction can they be put?

Good day.
There are several servers. All on xeons, I don't know which models exactly. The hosting architecture is, of course, KVM. Each server has 512 RAM \ 1 core on board. It is possible to increase the RAM up to 1GB.
I tried to mine cryptocurrencies, but, this is not an option. The game is not worth the candle. Here the CPU power, not the GPU.

In what ways can this iron be recouped (priority)? Well, or what is really useful with this kindness can be done?

Recently I came across one interesting project just on this topic ... As far as I understand, anyone can put up the available cloud / processor capacities for rent, incl. short-term ... in short, like an exchange "trading" IaaS resources. It's called CloudExchange , it's being developed by the Deutsche Börse Group and it seems they're still in beta right now. I don't know if it will fit... if not, try looking for similar projects.

Rent out for hosting as the most obvious.

1 core of 512 megabytes of RAM is nothing at all, taking into account the fact that servers are now nominally equipped with 32 gigabytes and from 4 cores.
I'm afraid that it took not his decade for your server, but his century.
