There are no drivers for Linux, but there are for Windows. What to do?
In the service center, my computer was sentenced: "It cannot be repaired." Now I'm looking for a new laptop for web development. I liked this option: ek.ua/ASUS-X705UA-GC130.htm
It's
embarrassing that the official website of Asus has drivers only for Windows, but not for Linux, although the computer comes with Endless OS. Now the questions:
- Can I put Ubuntu on the computer I have chosen and screw the Windows drivers there? Or how to be in such a situation?
- Can someone tell me some other thread options for laptops up to $ 800 for a novice web developer under Linux?

drivers (non-commercial) are built into the kernel, so if there is some kind of Endless OS, then all sorts of bubunts / mints will rise
What is Endless OS? "Endless OS" (literally - "Endless Operating System") is a Linux-based operating system that runs on the Linux Kernel and other open technologies (Chromium, GNOME, GTK, PulseAudio, Rufus, Systemd, XOrg, Yelp, etc.) .
that says it all,
everything else has already been written above.
