There are clicks when the laptop is working, what could it be?

While the laptop is running, there are short-term clicks, they do not have any interval, they can click 2 times in a row, maybe 1 time in 20 minutes. I have a laptop Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 15. And no, I do not confuse this with a squeak. This sound was from the very beginning of the purchase of a laptop, but I read that they are often somehow crooked and did not betray this, but when I realized that many do not have this, I began to think what the problem was.

The sound is similar to that, as if you know, a thin iron plate was touched by something, and such an iron sound for a second.
It also happens when I play games after such a sound, the picture may sag for a split second.

Here is the recorded sound.
I think that the matter is in the fans, I am very worried, suddenly the wires are touched by the teeth of the coolers, or something else.
I just don’t know if it makes sense to go to a service center, since I heard that parts are often stolen there, maybe you can fix it yourself, I decided to write here. The laptop is under warranty, and I can’t open it myself, so I would like to know what to do with it, maybe someone had a similar situation.

Thanks in advance for your replies!

If very briefly, it’s better to go to the service or personally (but watch at least a few videos before parsing and be very careful with trains), or just score if it doesn’t interfere.
Is there always a knock?
When you start something that loads the video card (games, 3D modeling, etc.), does the sound change more often?
What type of disk, hhd or ssd?
Pardon the question, but why keep the warranty if you don't take it to a service center? If you are worried about the details, then just write down everything that you have installed. (What OS do you have? I can tell you how to find parts data) Write down the average temperature to see if the coolers have been stolen. Give to the center, and then check with your records. You can still threaten that they wrote everything down.

I put it on the HDD. My hard one also makes sounds when I touch it. It starts from rest. There is nothing wrong with that.
In general, if the laptop is under warranty, do not wind your nerves. Make a backup copy of important information periodically just in case and live in peace.
If you die - you will carry it to a server.

99% - parking of HDD heads, by the way, on many laptop disks there is an interval of 3 seconds - and a million parking lots can accumulate over several years (the resource is exhausted), this also adds Windows lags. You can find a program to disable parking - maybe the clicks will disappear (CrystalDiskInfo > AAM / APM Setup can simply be set to Automatic).
